Meet The Team
It takes a team of professionals with a variety of skills to provide the care you deserve. Currently, we are three hygienists, two assistants, and three patient coordinators; all trained to assist each other in a “day at the office”.
Each participates in continuing education throughout the year to improve technical skills as well as customer service. Working together, our team makes East Side Smiles a home for comprehensive dental care. From the moment you walk in and throughout your care, you will see familiar faces at every turn. Say Cheese!
Holly
Office Manager
Raised in Southern California, I have split my time between Oklahoma and Tennessee over the past 20 years. I am lucky enough to be called Mom by 2 amazing grown sons who I adore! I started my career in dentistry working with Dr. Hadley in his Pleasant View office as a receptionist in 2005. I am immensely proud to work with such an amazing team here at East Side Smiles and especially grateful for our wonderful patients. I look forward to seeing your smiles each day!
In my free time, this nature lover enjoys spending time outdoors, a long walk in a pretty park, enjoying a beautiful view, and travelling to unfamiliar places. I also enjoy great food, all types of music, a good glass of wine, and binge worthy shows!
Kayla
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kayla was born and raised in Wisconsin, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota. She is also licensed to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation during procedures. Although a Mid-westerner (and Green Bay Packer fan) at heart, Kayla loves life as a Tennessean. When she’s not in the office you can usually find her outdoors- at concerts, playing kickball, at the lake, and spending time with her husband and her beloved dog, Hank.
Carrie
Registered Dental Assistant
Carrie is Dr. Hadley’s lead dental assistant. She is originally from Maryland, but has lived in Tennessee since 2007. She has been in the dental field for 13 years and received her RDA from TN Technology Center. She has received her nitrous oxide monitoring permit, coronal polishing certification, and is trained to assist Dr. Hadley with oral sedation and 6 Month Smiles.

Born and raised in Tennessee, #GOVOLS, I received my dental assisting license in 2019 and have been loving my job ever since. My favorite part of my job is building a relationship with my patients and giving them a beautiful smile that they deserve. When I’m not in the office I spend the majority of my time with my family and boyfriend Cody. I also enjoy painting, cooking, and watching Grey’s Anatomy over and over again. I am very excited and eager to see what my future and career has in store, and I am looking forward to helping many patients reach their dental goals.
