Always has the nicest people that work here and they're very efficient. Dr. Hadley is very laid back and they listen to your concerns. Paige did a great job with my cleaning today . She was gentle and took her time .

I love East Side Smiles! They make seeing the dentist an easy and actually enjoyable experience. Both providers and office staff are great to work with. Can’t recommend enough.

I have experienced a difficult time finding a good dentist upon moving to Nashville. Finally found an awesome dental office. The staff and dentists are amazing! Highly recommend East Side Smiles!

Been coming here for a few years. Always given great service, friendly knowledgeable staff, the dentist is super nice and competent. They made my crowns in house, they're a great look and fit. I go for cleanings three times a year, and the hygienest are super effective, efficient, and have awesome rapport. I moved further away but still choose to come here.

Kayla and the team were super welcoming as it was my first appointment to the practice. And my teeth came out sparkling — clean bill of health. Definitely an A+ all around!

I was in Nashville awaiting my daughter ready to birth her child any minute and had been having severe tooth pain since I had arrived. I was able to get in right away to see Dr. Hadley. Holly was so helpful on the phone and when I got there already had what my insurance would cover etc which I really appreciated. Allie took me back and was so efficient and charming, felt like I was in good hands. Next was Carrie and Dr. Hadley and right away as he was examining my mouth and telling me what was happening I knew I was in good hands, not only someone who not only cared but is committed to doing a good job. After his exam he said I definitely needed a root canal (UGH!!) but I needed the pain to stop and asked if it could be done now and he said sure, would take about an hour. He and Carrie made a horrible procedure quick efficient and one I was able to endure. Dr, Hadley explained it all as he proceeded and what relaxed me the most was to hear him singing along to the various songs playing. The procedure, insurance information, the people all - made it a seamless experience. Today , of course , I am some sore from the procedure but so glad the long standing pain is gone. I cannot recommend Dr. Hadley or his team highly enough.

My apprehension was high as I dreaded having to have an abscessed molar extracted but Dr. Hadley was kind, patient and well equipped to handle my concerns. The process itself was painless and fast. So far so good. -Marilyn

The hospitality and professionalism is always great. I have been his patient every since he first started and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is just as great. Very nice and friendly and I always feel like I'm talking to a friend when we converse.

Guess what. I'm a dental hygienist. Yes, I truly am. And guess where I go for my dental care... EAST SIDE SMILES. Dr. Hadley and Dr. Patel are clinically excellent dentists. I don't know how they balance being laid-back individuals (with great bedside manner) with the high-level perfectionism they exhibit, but they do. They balance it perfectly. I have worked in many dental offices during my career and this is the only place I will ever go for treatment. Every member of the staff from front desk to assistants to hygienists is smart, kind and capable. The office is spotless, organized, and runs efficiently. Literally zero drawbacks for me. I look for different things in dental offices than the "average Joe" does, and this place checks every box. What more can I say?

East side smiles is hands down the best dentist I have been to. I have had work done on my teeth (crowns, filling fixes) at other places in town, which led to 6 months of discomfort….(only reason I went somewhere else is because east side smiles was so backed up during covid). Needless to say, the other places were not good. East side smiles fixed the crowns the other place did and got me 2 new ones…(seriously, I try and take care of my teeth. I guess it’s bad genes). What I mean to say is, these guys have done fillings and crowns on my teeth and after the numbing agent wore off, it was like nothing changed in my bite or sensation. Dr. Hadley is phenomenal. His staff is accommodating. They don’t upsell you on unneeded procedures and get the most miles out of your teeth as they can. I won’t go anywhere else again. Thanks.

This was my first time with Dr. Patel, and he was great! Dr. Hadley’s office and his staff are top-notch and super friendly. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

This office is nothing short of amazing! I’ve been a 20 year or so patient of Dr. Hadley and have stayed with him even after I moved to a different Nashville. I had a crown come off Thursday night and I got up Friday morning and was able to get an appointment. Dr. Patel was diligent with getting the crown back in and did it without any pain. The dental hygienist, Allie was very good as well. I was afraid I’d have to wait until Monday when their Pleasant View office was open to get it fixed but they were able to fit me in on Friday which made me very happy. I highly recommend both East Side Smiles and Pleasant View Smiles.
