Very friendly staff. I was given a tour of the building before getting started, everywhere else I was just taken straight back to the chair. I didnt feel rushed at all. They explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand clearly. Great experience over all, I'd give more stars if I could.

Everyone is genuinely so nice and they make you feel completely comfortable. It was such a good experience and i will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

My cleaning was a breeze and had a lovely chat with Jocelyn before she put the tools in my mouth. Dr. Hadley told me my teeth were BEAUTIFUL! And reminded me that flossing is crucial to keep that up. So if you want compliments and advice wrapped in one, this is your place.

Staff and doctor were amazing. They accommodated me well. And fixed my tooth perfectly.

Dr.Hadley is the only dentist I will ever let touch my families teeth. He has done my teeth numerous times, my daughters beautiful smile and takes care of the rest of the family. Amazing care always because he cares.

My first visit with Smiles - I am relatively new to Nashville - so this visit was for the. To assess what dental work I might need. The staff was wonderful, and the dental assistant (not sure if that’s correct title) explained in detail each step involved in the regular X-rays, 3-D X-rays, photos, etc, as she was preparing for and performing those tasks. Then Dr Patel came in to conduct his examination - and he likewise explained everything he was preparing to do, and then explained his observations in clear and easy to understand terms. We then discussed what should be done sooner rather than later, and what could wait while continuing to monitor those items. He then explained how long it would take to perform the procedures that needed to be addressed now, and told me how long to allow for the next appointment to proceed with those procedures.

At all times I was totally comfortable, and left with no questions - everything had been explained. I was impressed that they had the latest and best imaging equipment, and even had the ability to make crowns and caps, rather than having to send molds off to a third party to fabricate.

Shortly after leaving, I received a follow up confirming my next appointment. I have to say it was the best 1st visit with a dentist and dental office I have ever had in my 70 years!

Only dentist I trust in Nashville. Everyone there is easy to talk to and doesn’t make it feel like a typical dentist visit. They actually take their time and don’t rush you in and out.
You can tell they care about doing things right and making sure you’re comfortable. Solid experience every time I’ve gone. Definitely recommend.

Dr Hadley and staff are doing Invisalign for me and have made the process so smooth and comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I trust them with my oral care and enjoy the welcoming office each visit!
