I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist — honestly, I’ve had a few not-so-great experiences in the past — but I have to say, my visit to Eastside Smiles completely changed that. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left, every single person I came across was amazing.

The front office staff were kind and welcoming, the dental hygienist was gentle and reassuring, and Dr. Patel took great care of me. I had some pain in a tooth that had broken, and they made me feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely listened to.

So often people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to everyone there for doing things right. I left smiling (which says a lot for a dentist visit!) and I can honestly say I highly recommend Eastside Smiles.

I was warmly greeted by front desk workers upon entering the office followed by friendly greeting by gorgeous fur baby, an adorable doodle. Ally, who took all radiographs and imaging was very kind and knowledgeable. It was the most thorough exam I've ever experienced. They use state of the art technology which made all aspects of my initial exam a positive experience. Dr. Hadley was friendly and welcoming. He was thorough, gentle and clearly explained all his findings and treatment plan..The office was very clean with a pleasing decor. Every room had a window revealing the attractive landscaping outdoors. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

I always have great experiences at East Side Smiles. Today Taunya was my dental hygienist and did such a great job. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel so at ease. I accidentally called her Tammy at the end. I hope she won’t hold it against me.

I had a wonderful visit at East Side Smiles! Everyone was so friendly and incredibly skilled. Stacia and Dr. Hadley explained everything and made me feel at ease.

Terrific! Autumn and Dr. Patel were friendly and very professional. As a new patient they took me through each step and explained what they were doing and answered each of my questions throughly. Highly recommended.

When I went in to Dr. Hadley I thought it was going to be a fairly routine procedure, but it turned into something more then I bargained! Dr. Hadley gave me the options of how we needed to proceed and everything worked well! You won’t find a better dentist!😀

I am so glad I came across East Side Smiles. I had a dental emergency and they just happened to have availability to squeeze me in. Not only was I able to see a doctor, but they were also able to complete the procedure - all in one morning. All team members were friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Love Dr. Hadley and his team. Last visit even had Geevee the friendliest pup greeter around! Dr. Hadley uses top tech in a comfortable setting - I never loathe a dental visit at East Side Smiles!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. Had a terrible experience previously. From start to finish, the staff were excellent. Each person Ive engaged with was truly amazing. Made going to the dentist enjoyable and honestly kinda fun.
